Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Muffins

Apr 2, 2026

There’s something about a fresh batch of blueberry muffins that just feels like spring.

Warm from the oven, bursting with berries, and simple in the best kind of way. This is one of those recipes I come back to again and again. These are soft but slightly dense in that really satisfying, bakery-style way—the kind that actually fills you up and feels like a real breakfast, not just something sweet on the side.

The oats and Greek yogurt give them a heartier texture, making them perfect for slow mornings, busy weekdays, or grabbing on your way out the door.

Why You’ll Love These

  • Soft with a slightly dense, bakery-style texture
  • Hearty and filling thanks to oats + Greek yogurt
  • Perfectly sweet without being overly sugary
  • Made with simple ingredients
  • Great for breakfast, snacks, or sharing

Tips for the Best Muffins

  • Don’t overmix → keeps them soft and tender
  • Use fresh or frozen blueberries (no need to thaw frozen)
  • Fill muffin cups generously for a fuller, bakery-style look
  • Let them cool slightly so they set properly (they’ll be extra soft at first!)
